A: We first begin by discussing the client's ideas and requirements. We ensure that we have collected enough information to provide a proposal for confirmation with the client before commencing the work.

Q: What do I need to know before working with your design team? / What do we need to do to access your service?
A: Design is a collaborative process – we do our best to understand what you are looking for, but we can't read your mind! The more specific feedback you can provide, the more we can refine our designs to meet your requirements. If you can't quite pinpoint why something isn't working for you, please talk to us! Communication is key, and the better we understand you, the better the work we can create for you.
Q: In what format will I receive my creatives?
A: For vector files, we will provide you with .AI, .EPS, .PDF, and .JPG files. For raster files, you will receive .JPG, .PNG, and .PDF files.
Q: How will I receive my files? / How will I get my files from your side?
A: You will receive your compressed files via email or an external file sharing service, such as WeTransfer or Dropbox, etc.
Q: Are your fees negotiable?
A: Our fees are determined by the amount of work required to create an excellent project for you. Since we are not willing to compromise on the quality of our work, we also cannot negotiate on our rates. However, if your budget is limited, we can consider reducing the scope of the project or breaking it down into phases.
Q: Are there any separate, extra, or hidden charges?
A: Our goal is to ensure that no one is disappointed by hidden costs. Our policy is to uphold transparency with our clients by itemizing all costs before the start of any project. You will be informed of any additional charges for your changes or revisions to our packages. Work will proceed once you have agreed to any changes.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: The average lead time is 2-3 weeks upon order confirmation. It also depends on the real-time schedule. We rely on your feedback to create a great piece of work, so the sooner you respond to us, the faster we can move forward. We will be able to discuss a more concrete time frame during your consultation.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: A 30% deposit is required before we commence any work. The remaining 70% payment should be made when the related files are ready to be sent to you.
Q: How do you help?
A: We assist with visual identity from scratch or redesign. We begin by asking you important questions to establish the brief, and then we create the necessary designs. We provide a concise guide on how to use the delivered files, and if needed, we can create a brand book with graphic standards for your team. For brand identity redesign, we handle logo redesign, color selection, font choices, define the visual style, perform optical corrections, and establish look and feel guidelines to maintain consistency and save your time.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of service?
A: We use a subscription model, allowing us to assign you a dedicated designer. This ensures you won't have to repeatedly update a designer about your brand and preferences every time they work on a task for you. We'll also collect feedback each time a task is completed, so be on the lookout for the opportunity to rate your experience.
